تۆۋەندىكىلەر مەن پارلامەنت تور بىتىدىن ئىزدەپ تاپقان 1979 - يىلىدىن ھازىرغا قەدەر ئامىركا پارلامەنتىدە ئۇيغۇرلار توغۇرسىدا چىقىرىلغان قارارلار بولۇپ ( رەت تەرتىۋى يىقىنقىدىن بۇرۇنقىغا قاراپ تىزىلدى)، ئۇلارنىڭ ئىچىدە قۇنۇن توغۇرسىدا ھىچ بىر ئۇچۇر تاپالمىدىم.
